KHEA COLLECTIVE LLC (“KHEA”, “we”) runs this site from Minnesota. This page explains what we collect through it and what we do with it. The short version: we use your details to reply to you and, only if you said yes, to send you offers. We never sell them.

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, business, email, phone and the project details you enter.
• The 5% new-client offer: your email, and your phone number if you give it, plus the time you signed up and whether you agreed to texts.
• Basic technical data your browser sends to any website, such as your IP address, kept only in our host’s standard logs and in a one-way scrambled form to stop spam signups.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare your quote.
• To send your offer code and check it when you book.
• To email you occasional offers and news if you signed up for the offer. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
• To text you, only if you ticked the box agreeing to texts.

Text messages

If you opt in, you will receive up to 4 marketing texts a month from KHEA COLLECTIVE about offers and booking openings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing. We use a texting provider only to deliver our own messages.

Who else sees it

Only the services that help us run the business: our web host, and the email and texting tools we use to send messages. They may use your details only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are on our list or a client, and then only as long as needed for our records. Ask and we will remove you sooner.

Unsubscribe from any email, reply STOP to any text, or email Jay@kheacollective.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

The 5% offer

For new clients only. One code per client, applied to the invoice of your first project, not combinable with other offers, and it has no cash value. We may end the offer at any time; codes already issued will be honoured for 12 months.
